Freelance-Thursday // Frilanstorsdag

Photoshop + Wacom Intuos4. Yup, I'm a leftie!

Every Thursday is a day off from work for me. As some of you know, I work part-time at a games company four days a week. I spend the rest of the time on freelance work and own side projects.

And for once, I don't have any short deadlines this week, WIN! Been working on a new painting today, you'll see when it's finished.

What else... Gonna send some invoices, and gather some material for two magazines that I'll participate in. So insanely fun! I'm always flattered when I get asked.

And yeah, just like many other Swedes already announced - IT'S SNOWING! In other words, I'm gonna stay inside all day. Go out in the cold to buy food, or starve and cuddle up next to the kittehs? Those who know me can guess which one I'll pick.

    1. So glad you enjoy the posts! :) It's exactly what I'm aiming for, trying to stay personal and then inspire at the same time. Kinda like writing letters to a friend.

Luckily most of the snow will probably melt away by tomorrow, but it's still muddy and cold outside. Eeewwwww! I miss summer already :P

    1. Hehe really? :) Yeah, there are lots of fun possibilites there as well. Lots of concepts and graphics are needed for all the games.

Wow, I can't even imagine what it's like. To never have seen snow. You should visit Scandinavia sometimes! Perhaps we could switch haha. I love summer and heat, so that sounded awesome :)

    4. Yeah it's lots of fun :) I enjoy everything that's creative whereyou get to draw and paint! What are you currently working on?

Yeah I maybe I will someday haha! Cool! Wuld you traver around in Europe or stay in a specific country? Dunno much about educaton and architecture here, but there should be a few :) Especially if you go to Stockholm. Oh yes. Especially the Scandinavian nature! I think that I would love to try living on another country, but never permanently. I'd miss Swedish nature too much :D

    5. I don't have a job, I study Architecture in an university in my city. Right now I'm going crazy over the projects and exams of the end of the year haha. The thing is, I really like architecture, but I started studying it hoping that I would be able to conciliate the work of an architect with things that I love, like games and animations and art, like yours. Cool and beautiful stuff. But now I'm finding this to be very hard, at least the way architecture is treated in universities in my country. So I'm like bleh, I don't know with that's what I really want.
Anyways, sorry, I'm rambling haha. :)

I think you would love nature in Brasil as well, is very diverse! Especially for ou that loves to draw animals. Check out an animal that is called "Lobo Guará". Is a brazillian wolf, but it looks a lot like a tall fox. ;)
